When I started Training with Rich he admittedly helped me change my eating habits. Now I eat a lot healthier and more protein and vegetables in my diet. That only helped me lose fat off my body. He had me doing a lot of weight training which has also helped me with my body’s transformation. He is by far the best trainer in Westchester Ny.
